Our Shipping Policy
Most orders ship the next business day. However it could take 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders may have additional processing time for various reasons such as a bad/invalid address and fraud protection. Once shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.
Missing or Damaged Package
Please notify us immediately if your package was delivered damaged. We will promptly work to resolve the issue.
Note: Once your package is scanned as delivered by the carrier we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Standard US Shipping is $8.95. FREE on all orders $125 or more.
International shipping fees are based on size, weight and destination. All customs, import, VAT or other related fees are the responsibility of the buyer and may or may not be assessed at the time of delivery by your countries acting authority. If an order is returned to us due to import issues there may be additional fees (including 15% restocking).
Our shipping fees are simply the cost to pack and ship the item using the carrier.
NOTE: We ship to the EXACT address provided. If an order is returned due to insufficient or inaccurate address there may be additional shipping fees to reship to a corrected address. Orders returned to us for other delivery issues (such as refusal by customer) will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. All shipping and processing fees are non refundable.
Refund / Returns
Because our products are health and beauty related we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with the product you have chosen please reach out to us and we may be able to issue a special discount offer for a replacement. We want you to be happy but also hope you understand that we only sell fresh new unopened products to maintain the highest quality standards.
